We’ll ship your order from Osaka, 3-17-9, Nakatsu, Kita-ku, Osaka city via JAPAN POST co.,ltd.
SHIPPING SERVICE
Please let us know if you have any request for shipping or packing items together or separately. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order was placed.
We don’t offer gift wrapping services currently.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Your order is not include imported duty and other taxes. Please note that customs for the items are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight (products + packing material) and distance. Enter your region and weight of the purchases on the order page, you can check the calculated shipping fee.

DELIVERY TIME
All items will be shipped within 3-5 business except pre-order items. Please note that delivery can be delayed due to adverse traffic or weather conditions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept cancellation of orders or the return unless the item is defective upon our confirmation. Please take a picture of your defected item and email to shop@keirinbase.com with your name.
We do not accept any requests after 14 days you received.
Shipping costs for returning will be your responsible and shipping costs are non-refundable.
